Andrew Chinaplan, owner and distiller of Sagada Cellar Door conducted a Master Class with lead bartender and mixologist Ruel Sabalza last March 1, 2025 at the After Hours Bar. Attendees of the event included bartenders from various establishments seeking to learn more about SCD and what we have to offer. SCD’s craft spirits were showcased through a variety of cocktails highlighting the distinct qualities of each liquor.
Later in the evening clients of After Hours Bar were also able to sample different kinds of cocktails made with SDC liquors ranging from traditional beverages such as the classic gin and tonic, strawberry daiquiri, mojitos, and to more playful concoctions like “Let’s Go Sago” which is a boozed-up rendition of the classic Filipino cooler called sago’t gulaman.
