Can I return/exchange item/s ordered?

As of now, all products paid for during checkout are considered final and sold. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for the items ordered. However, if there are any issues with the product received, please contact us at hello@sagadacellardoor.com and we will do our best to address your concern.

Can I get a refund for item/s purchased?

As per our policy, all sales are considered final and we do not offer refunds or returns. However, in cases where you received the wrong item or there are issues with the product, please contact us immediately via email  at hello@sagadacellardoor.com . Please indicate your order ID, photos of your box and it’s contents, and a copy of the waybill or shipping document. We will do our best to help you with your concern.
